The company’s flagship product, LIV, is a groundbreaking AI platform that simulates full psychiatric intake sessions using natural-language, multilingual conversations via voice or text, optionally supported by an AI avatar. LIV is already deployed in diverse healthcare environments throughout Israel, including hospitals, HMOs, rehabilitation centers, and government agencies. The platform has also been adopted by the Directorate of Defense Research & Development (DDR&D) and the Ministry of Defense, providing vital mental health support to members of Israel’s security forces—populations routinely exposed to prolonged trauma and high-stress conditions.
Looking ahead, Mentaily plans to tailor future iterations of LIV for specific populations, including children, adolescents, and women, to better address the nuanced needs of different demographic groups.
