Located at 2219 Sawdust Road, the facility provides diagnosis and treatment for a range of conditions, including ADHD, depression, and anxiety, in addition to managing both acute and chronic medical issues. Patients can also access supplementary services such as IV hydration therapy, weight loss programs, and testosterone replacement therapy.

“At Vitality, we’re committed to providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm and respectful environment,” said co-owner Megan Mohsin. “Whether you need routine medical support or mental health services, we are here for you.”

Vitality Medical Center’s integrated approach seeks to remove barriers between physical and mental health care by offering both under one roof. The clinic aims to serve as a reliable medical resource for individuals and families in the Spring area.
