INDIANA, Pa. — Nearly 300 people gathered at Mack Park on Friday for the Indiana County Community Support Program’s (CSP) annual Mental Health Awareness Fair, an event dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and connecting the community with local support services.
More than 30 vendors participated in the fair, offering resources, information, and services related to mental health care and wellness. The event, held each year during Mental Health Awareness Month, aims to reduce stigma around mental illness and highlight the broad range of support available in the region.
“The goal is to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and connect people with the help they may need,” said CSP member Aggie Hockenberry. “This event provides an open and supportive environment for learning about mental health.”
The fair featured informational booths, interactive displays, and opportunities for attendees to engage with local organizations and providers dedicated to mental wellness.
